Following a review of our selling arrangements, we have now completed our move away from eBay as a selling platform. This decision reflects increasing difficulties in being able to manage and provide our service effectively, including greater intervention in transactions and instances where refunds have been issued despite items having been successfully delivered. While we appreciate the role eBay has played in supporting our business, we believe moving to alternative selling channels will allow us to provide customers with a more consistent and reliable service while retaining greater control over the customer experience.
